Vapour seen before Sunrise Propane explosion

Feb. 3, 2012, Toronto - Former Sunrise Propane truck driver Felipe De Leon told a city court room Thursday about the strange smoke or fog he saw at the Downsview-area company site, after returning around 3 a.m. and doing a truck-to-truck propane fuel transfer. The Toronto Star reports.
