Wasaga Beach firefighters will still be responding to medical calls – even after they’ve been told to stand down by dispatchers. Fire chief Mike McWilliams told council’s community services committee on Thursday that fire crews will only return to station if its confirmed a paramedic team is on the scene of a call.
