West Hants prepares for a new fire service

Aug. 19, 2015, West Hants, N.S. - West Hants municipal councillors voted to respond to Windsor Fire Department’s decision to stop coverage of communities outside the Town of Windsor. Councillors passed a motion to prepare for a new fire service effective at noon Oct. 23, when the WFD says it will cease coverage.
