July 22, 2019, Winnipeg – Crews are on the scene of a large fire in Winnipeg’s North End. The fire started at about 12:45 a.m. Monday, said the city of Winnipeg, which started at a warehouse at 274 Jarvis Ave. From there, it spread throughout the building, which occupies an entire city block.
