Winnipeg fire trucks now staffed with paramedics

June 27, 2013, Winnipeg – The Winnipeg firefighters' union said that 40 of the city's trucks are now staffed with at least one paramedic and all of the necessary medical tools, meaning that first responders can get to a heart attack victim in about four minutes. The Winnipeg Free Press reports.
