Winnipeg wants community to improve fire protection

Feb. 2, 2012, Winnipeg - Winnipeg's executive policy committee voted in favour of a plan to work with the province and the RM of Springfield to get the municipality to upgrade their water and sewer services and fire protection within 10 years. The Winnipeg Free Press reports.
