Woman, dogs die in St. Catharines blaze

Feb. 4, 2013, St. Catharines, Ont. - St. Catharines fire officials and Niagara Regional Police are investigating a house fire that has reportedly claimed the life of an elderly woman and two of her dogs. The Hamilton Spectator reports.
