WorkSafeBC not warned of sawmill dangers

August 22, 2012, Prince George, B.C. – Prince George fire department inspections that warned Lakeland Mills about combustible wood dust levels before a deadly explosion earlier this year were not communicated to the province's key workplace regulatory agency, WorkSafeBC. The Vancouver Sun reports.
