Kamloops fire ban to remain in effect until Halloween

Oct. 1, 2012, Kamloops, B.C. – Open fires will continue to be forbidden in the Kamloops fire centre region until Halloween thanks to tinder dry conditions. The Kamloops Daily News reports.
