Mall business owner says city knew about falling concrete

Aug. 2, 2013, Elliot Lake, Ont. - Part one of the Elliot Lake Inquiry is almost complete. After a short day of testimony, during which Elaine Quinte, former owner of Hungry Jack’s, and ELNOS manager William Elliott testified, Commissioner Bélanger explained the intial phase of the inquiry will wrap up on August 6.
