Newfoundland town to negotiate full-time fire protection

Sept. 24, 2013, Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, N.L. – The Town of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove in Newfoundland passed a motion Monday night to enter into negotiations with St. John's Regional on the possibility of providing the town fire protection on a full-time basis.
