Officials probe fatal hazmat incident

Mar. 1, 2016, Hamilton, Ont. - A Hamilton man is dead after an incident involving hazardous materials. Hamilton Police arrived at a home shortly after 9:30 Monday morning, in response to reports of a man inside a vehicle needing medical attention. When emergency crews arrived, they determined the victim was deceased. Hazardous materials were seen in the car and the fire department's hazardous materials unit was called to the scene.
