Jan. 31, 2014, Toronto – Toronto police say they believe a fire that killed two men in the city's east end was intentionally set by one of them.

Police and firefighters who responded to the blaze on Wednesday found two men inside the home (near Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue East) with no vital signs.

The men – identified as John Aguiar, 87, and Avelino Aguiar, 55 – were both pronounced dead at the scene.

It's alleged that Avelino Aguiar, 55, intentionally set fire to the home.
