State of emergency lifted in Quebec

June 25, 2010, Gracefield, Que. - Gracefield Mayor Réal Rochon has lifted the state of emergency he declared after Wednesday's earthquake damaged several buildings and the town's bridge, but said it will take months to complete major repairs. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
