Tragedy sparks building code changes to improve firefighter safety

Mar. 21, Ontario – 11 years ago, North Perth firefighters, Ken Rea and Ray Walter, were killed after the roof of a dollar store, engulfed in flames, collapsed on top of them, in Listowel.
