Brayden Osborn
Brayden Osborn is a Lieutenant with the Dashwood Volunteer Fire Department on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Having been with the department for 5 years this August, Brayden has been committed to his ongoing development within the fire service. He has completed a myriad of courses with a strong focus on mental health. A few years back a course on “Resiliency on the Front Lines” kickstarted his passion regarding mental health in the fire service and led to the development of “The Dashwood Mental Resilience Booklet”. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration, owning and operating a small consulting business, and working in the construction industry, Brayden has a unique skillset and experience.
