Wildfire forces evacuation of homes in Kaleden, B.C.

July 5, 2017, Kaleden, B.C. - A fire in the Okanagan community of Kaleden has consumed a pair of homes and 30 homes have been evacuated, according to reports. Max Birkner of the B.C. Wildfire Service said Tuesday night he couldn’t confirm if a house had been destroyed, but did say buildings were “threatened.” The Vancouver Sun reports. | READ MORE
