HigherGround offers new 911-call recording features

Aug. 12, 2015 – California-based HigherGround is now offering speech analytics and mobile recording to its Capture911 solution for emergency dispatch facilities and 911-call centres. The new features were introduced during the National Emergency Number Association conference in Denver, Co., in late June. Speech analytics converts recorded interactions into text and identifies and categorizes trends, while the mobile recording app allows users to view, replay and analyze mobile calls.
