July 27, 2012 - Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service in British Columbia under chief Don Beer, took delivery in June of a Hub Fire Engines & Equipment-built pumper. Built on a Spartan Metro Star chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVS transmission and a Cummins ISL 400-hp engine, the truck is equipped with a Hale RME 175 1,750 IGPM pump, a Foam Pro 2002 foam system, 500 IG co-poly water tank, Whelen LED light package, Akron Apollo Monitor, Smart Power hydraulic generator and Will-Burt light tower.
