Alberta restarts consolidation of ambulance dispatch facilities

March 5, 2013, Edmonton – The province has resuscitated its plan to consolidate all of Alberta’s ambulance dispatch centres into three locations, a process that was abruptly halted last year amid complaints that it was contributing to slower response times. The Edmonton Journal reports.
