Arsonist sentenced for starting condo fire
Sept. 11, 2015, Edmonton - An Edmonton arsonist who was pressured to start a $6-million blaze that reduced a Windermere condo development to ashes in 2014 was put behind bars on Thursday. Jeremy Thibert, 23, was sentenced to two years in prison, to be followed by a year of probation, after pleading guilty to charges of arson and conspiracy to commit arson.
