Aug. 22, 2023, Calgary – Blackline Safety has seen a 50 per cent increase in its fire-hazmat personal and area gas monitor business in the last year.

That translates to more than $2 million in total contract value, the company said in a press release.

Polaris Market Research estimated that the global workplace safety market will grow and reach almost $43 billion by 2032, with an annual growth rate of about 12 per cent.

Blackline’s G7 personal gas detectors and G7 EXO area gas monitors, which the company said were built for extremes and the toughest conditions, have GPS-enabled location tracking, and are supported by Blackline Live, a cloud-connected monitoring and analytics platform.
