The Labour Relations Seminar (LRS) is an annual event held in partnership with Hicks Morley – the largest firm in Canada that focus on representing management in human resources law and advocacy. Chief fire officers, senior municipal officials and human resource professionals will participate and experience presentations from the expert legal team at Hicks Morley, Ontario chief fire officers, and renowned guest speakers who will provide insight and up-to-date knowledge and guidance on a wide range of labour relations issues that currently impacting the fire service.

Throughout the seminar, attendees will have multiple networking opportunities to speak candidly with their colleagues and with the Hicks Morley team, providing immeasurable learning opportunities. The Labour Relations Seminar is the only event of its kind in Canada.
