Fire crew unawre of poison: report

April 10, 2008, Hamilton, Ont. - Firefighters responding to a devastating blaze at the a packaging plant last summer did not know the fire involved rodent poisons. As the Hamiliton Spectator reports, that's one finding from an Ontario Fire Marshal investigation into the July 26 blaze that caused $1.5 million damage, spilled millions of litres of runoff into a creek and killed thousands of fish.
