Today we pause in honour of the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
Quebec sends firefighters to help battle California wildfires. Then, the city of Saanich, B.C., has resurrected a memorial plaza to honour firefighters who lost their lives in the line of duty. And, we’ll take a look at a recent feature published in the September edition of Fire Fighting in Canada magazine about reversing the trajectory of cancer in firefighters.
