Firefighter, police officer save woman from drowning

Aug. 18, 2016, Peterborough, Ont. - Sunday wasn’t the first time Scott Rogers has saved a young woman from drowning. The veteran Peterborough Police officer along with Peterborough Fire Services firefighter Josh Marshall rescued a young woman from the Otonabee River at Lock 19 shortly before noon on Sunday.
