Firefighters to be disciplined after brawl

Sept. 9, 2015, Windsor, Ont. - Several firefighters will be disciplined after getting into a fight while in Detroit representing Windsor as part of an honour guard to memorialize fallen comrades. “I can confirm that there was a physical altercation that happened in Detroit back in May that was related to members of the Windsor Fire and Rescue department,” said Mayor Drew Dilkens. “A full investigation was undertaken by the City of Windsor and the results of the investigation will lead to the issuance of discipline.” The Windsor Star reports. | READ MORE
