Former fire chief speaks out in wake of review

Oct. 23, 2013, Winnipeg - One of the key players in the fire station scandal in Winnipeg spoke out for the first time Tuesday. Winnipeg's former fire chief addressed city council the day after a scathing audit into the construction of four fire halls and a questionable land swap deal. CTV News reports.
