Four-alarm Toronto transform fire nearly extinguished

March 18, 2011, Toronto –  A four-alarm fire at an electrical station near Pearson International Airport has been largely extinguished after burning for several hours Friday afternoon and evening; forcing some residents from a nearby apartment building, causing a small power outage and closing a stretch of North America's busiest highway for half an hour during rush hour.
