Halifax in deadlock over health and safety

HALIFAX (Canadian OH&S News) - Halifax's fire department and its unionized firefighters remain in a deadlock as approximately 15 fire stations in suburban and rural areas of the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) continue their refusal to answer calls.
