April 30, 2024, Raamsdonksveer, Netherlands — Holmatro received an iF Design Award for its T1 forcible entry tool and an iF Design Award Gold for its OmniShore shoring system.

The iF Design Foundation has been presenting these awards for 70 years. Their website states, “An iF Design Award is proof that an entry is well designed and well executed,” while the gold distinction is the highest honour the foundation provides, limiting the number each year.

There were nearly 11,000 entries from over 70 countries in 2024, all competing in a two-stage selection process in front of a jury judging each product’s idea, form, function, differentiation, and impact.

Holmatro was one of 75 Gold award winners, with other companies including Apple, Toyota, and Samsung.

This is the fifth award and second Gold distinction earned by the organization, wining previously for their Pentheon Series rescue tools in 2022.
