Mall class-action lawsuit moves to certification process

Nov. 14, 2013, Elliot Lake, Ont. – On Tuesday, a request for certification for the class-action lawsuit, launched as a result of the collapse of the Algo Centre Mall in June 2012, was heard by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The Elliot Lake Standard reports.
