Man charged in Nova Scotia fires

July 25, 2012, New Waterford, N.S. – The Cape Breton Regional Police spent Tuesday investigating two suspicious fires that burned in New Waterford, N.S. Monday night, and later charged a 30-year-old man with arson. CTV Atlantic reports.
