Sept. 28, 2011, Markham, Ont. – Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation of a house fire that claimed the lives of a Markham couple last week.
Autopsies determined the 42-year-old woman and 48-year-old man both died from smoke inhalation – and there were no signs of trauma on either.
The woman's body was found in the garage, and the man died in hospital.
