Ottawa construction worker dies after wall collapse

April 22, 2014, Ottawa – A 45-year-old man is dead following a construction accident in Ottawa.

Ottawa fire officials say construction materials fell on top of the man's head when a brick wall collapsed.

Police say the worker suffered a severe head trauma and died of his injuries in hospital.

Police say they are investigating along with the Ministry of Labour.
