Quebec to relax staffing rules for seniors’ home

Jan. 30, 2014, Montreal – Safety rules governing night supervision in private seniors’ homes with fewer than 50 residents in Quebec are being relaxed following a ruling late last year, even though a devastating fire in the middle of the night last week killed 19 people in L’Isle-Verte. The Globe and Mail reports.
