RCMP investigate fatal fire
Dec. 30, 2007 - ELK POINT, Alta. _ RCMP are investigating after a body was found in the ruins of burned out home at the Fishing Lake Metis settlement in northeastern Alberta.

Police said the human remains were discovered on Saturday morning following the Friday night fire.An autopsy is to be performed in Edmonton to determine the cause of death.RCMP have not released the name or any other information about the victim.The cause of the fire is under investigation.
