Sarnia names news fire chief

Aug. 15, 2013, Sarnia, Ont. - Sarnia’s new fire chief is an old name around the firehall. John Kingyens has been serving as acting chief of the Sarnia Fire Rescue Service since late March. The longtime Sarnia firefighter has served in numerous roles with the service. The Sarnia Observer reports.
