Three-alarm fire damages condo under construction

Feb. 12, 2014, Ottawa – A three-alarm fire at condo that was under construction was quickly extinguished Wednesday morning. The blaze started behind a nearby restaurant before spreading to the four-storey building. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
