Waterloo officials trying to determine if 18 fires are connected

Nov. 11, 2020, Waterloo, Ont. – Waterloo Regional Police, Waterloo Fire and the Ontario Fire Marshal are now investigating 18 suspicious fires in Waterloo over the last three months.
