Wild storm knocks out power for 25,500 Ontarians

Aug. 25, 2011, Ontario – Environment Canada issued dozens of tornado watches and warnings across the southern Ontario before high winds, lightning and torrential rain rolled in last night. The wild weather knocked out power to about 25,500 Hydro One customers in southern Ontario. The Globe and Mail reports.
