Winnipeg firefighters get new three-year contract

Feb. 13, 2014, Winnipeg - The city has cut a new three-year labour deal with firefighters. On Wednesday, Mayor Sam Katz’s executive policy committee formally recommended that council ratify the deal at its meeting on Feb. 26 with the United Fire Fighters of Winnipeg Local 867. The Winnipeg Sun reports.
