Woman rescued from Rideau Canal lock

Feb. 17, 2016, Ottawa - A woman is recovering after she apparently slipped and fell into the Rideau Canal's Ottawa Locks near the Château Laurier Wednesday morning. Ottawa firefighters performed a high-angle rescue to raise the patient who was near open water. CBC News reports. | READ MORE
