Fire chief pleads guilty to charges, remains on payroll

Oct. 25, 2013, Clearview, Ont. – Clearview Township Fire Chief Bob McKean pleaded guilty this week to impaired and dangerous driving charges, but he remains on the township's payroll. CTV News reports.
