Firefighter’s union told to stop delaying response

June 7, 2010, Gatineau, Que. - In an effort to protect lives and property, a Quebec administrative tribunal has ordered Gatineau's firefighters' union to stop delaying its response to fire calls as a bargaining tactic in a three-year-old contract dispute with the city. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
