Ontario Power Generation Fire Rescue

Ontario Power Generation Fire Rescue, under emergency response manager Ron Waller, took delivery in October of a Fort Garry Fire Trucks-built pumper. This unit is built on a Spartan Gladiator chassis and powered by a 550-hp Cummins ISX engine and an Allison EVS 4000 transmission. It features a 3000-gpm Hale RME pump, a 500-gallon poly water tank and 60-gallon poly foam tank, a Foam Pro 3012 system, Akron Navigator electric controllers, Amdor roll-up doors, TFT Monsoon remote monitor, FRC IC 400 governor, PAC tool boards, Slide Master trays, Whelen Emergency light package and LED scene lights, Harrison 15-kw hydraulic generator, and Wilburt Night Scan light tower.
