Panasonic releases semi-rugged convertible tablet

Oct. 26, 2012 – Panasonic has released a new semi-rugged convertible tablet PC, the Toughbook C2. This computer is the first Toughbook model that is optimized for the new Microsoft Windows 8 Pro operating system. The computer, which is outfitted with an Intel Core processor and Intel Turbo Boost Technology, can handle a 30-inch drop to six sides and a 12-inch drop to 26 sides, and has a spill-resistant keyboard. A strong battery offers approximately 11 hours of continuous use.
