Police seek owner of house destroyed in fire

July 20, 2011, Ottawa – Investigators have completed searching through an Ottawa house that was completely destroyed by a fire, but the owners of the house have still not been located and a man believed to have been living in the basement is still unaccounted for. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
