Track assignments with Fire Ground Command Case
July 20, 2011 – The Case Commander Command System from Canadian Safety Equipment will allow the incident commander to easily track assignments of personnel and apparatus through the use of the National Incident Management System. Large or small incidents can be managed with this system.
The incident commander will sketch a layout of the incident then place the magnetic tags representing apparatus, officers and crews onto the board in the positions of their assignments. The incident commander can then track all fire ground groups and divisions as well as the officers leading them. A timer clock with an alarm tracks time and facilitates prompt PAR reports.
The dry erase surface has space for size-up notes, strategic and
tactical planning, assignments, PAR, special hazards and tactical
considerations etc.
