SAR wants user fees for hiking, skiing in B.C.

Sept. 18, 2013, Vancouver - The B.C. Search and Rescue Association has asked the provincial government to consider user fees for recreational activities like skiing, hiking and fishing to help fund rescue operations. The Vancouver Sun reports.
